These terms describe the text message program run by Social Glow Collective. They are part of our Terms of Service (https://www.socialglowcollective.com/terms). Our Privacy Policy is at https://www.socialglowcollective.com/privacy.
Program name: Social Glow Collective text messages
Who sends the messages: Social Glow Collective LLC, doing business as Social Glow Collective.
What you get. There are two separate programs, and you can choose either, both or neither:
- Inquiry messages: texts about your own inquiry, such as scheduling a call, confirming and reminding you of a booked call, following up on your questions, and replies when you text us. You get these only if you tick the box "Text me about my inquiry (optional)", or when you text us first.
- Marketing messages: recurring automated marketing and promotional texts, such as social media tips, case studies and occasional offers. You get these only if you separately tick the box "Also text me tips & offers (optional)".
How you opt in. On our website, by ticking an unchecked box on our text updates page (https://www.socialglowcollective.com/text-updates) or on our contact form. The boxes are never ticked for you, and you can submit the form without ticking either one.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more messages from that number. OPTOUT, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, REVOKE and QUIT also work.

Consent is not a condition of buying anything or of contacting us. You can always email or call instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Please do not send health details by text. Texts are not a secure channel.
Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers. We may change or end the program at any time.
